“ Dont discount this place because they are canes on steroids. Theyre going to be here for a while. Chicken strips are not mini portions like you get served at canes or McDonalds chikfila ...Think I Pluckers but close to home!!! ”
“ Wicked Good Chicken is found inside The Hawk Stop gas station convenient store. I wouldnt normally get chicken from a place like this but Im glad I did! The restaurant part of the store is very clean, as is The Hawk Stop and being National Fried Chicken Day when I was in Red Oak, I really had no choice. I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with fries which was really good. It was a crispy piece of chicken that was seasoned well. Fries werent my favorite but the chicken was excellent. ”

My husband got the tender meal with 2 hot and 2 wicked hot tenders. They were SPICY. The wicked hot was on another level. Weirdly, they serve different pickles with the tender meal that arent as crunchy and good as the sandwich. The fries are great crinkle cut fries that arent mushy. Their signature sauce is well seasoned and a great addition to the flavors. They do charge extra if you want ranch, which is a little sad. ”
